Kid Songs ready to go!

We’ve taken the 2 songs we recorded for Yo Gabba Gabba plus 4 more songs that we had recorded in the past couple of years, and put them together to make Kid Songs. A 4-song version of Kid Songs will be available digitally at iTunes, etc. but if you want “I’m So Happy” and “Be Nice To Animals” you’ll need to pick up a copy.

The EP will be available right here and offstage at the YGG shows we’re playing.

Thank you Sasha Lewis for drawing all the monsters and animals.

  1. I’m So Happy
  2. Be Nice To Animals
  3. All My Friends Are Different
  4. Count On My Hands
  5. Have A Nap Mom
  6. I Love My Cat

If Love Is Gone Where Do We Go From Here?

Life was hard for a while. It was hard to write music. Now things are better. There is a new album called Grey Eyes that will be available on October 12, 2010. We worked really hard on it. For a long time. We hope you like it. You can download If Love Is Gone Where Do We Go From Here off Grey Eyes right here. There is also going to be an EP of kids songs that we recorded for Yo Gabba Gabba out in September, which will go nicely with the tour dates that we will be doing with YGG in Canada. Here are the tour dates.

September 09: Calgary, AB – Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium (6:30pm)
September 11: Vancouver, BC – Queen Elizabeth Theatre (1pm and 4pm)

Things that are going on

Salteens

  1. Moths EP is still in the college charts in Canada.  It seems to come and go, with a sort of moth-like attraction to being in the top 50.
  2.  New album is done.  Grey Eyes is 10 songs with next to no guitars.
  3. Photo shoot.  We did one last weekend -probably the first time that we have had the 10 current members of the band together.  Set up around the corner from our house and started playing in the street.  Ended up with a crowd of about 50 neighbors and passersby listening and clapping.  Neat surprise.

How are you?
